We make exciting wines that reflect the land as our most precious resource. Our wines are an honest expression of the vineyard, varieties and environment, reflecting the regional characteristics of our vineyards. We are proud to acknowledge our regional and cultural heritage as winemakers.

We are a small family owned company in the Riverland of South Australia. We employ people of diverse abilities and backgrounds, and support our local community. We foster trust by behaving ethically in the marketplace, and this forms the framework for all our business.

Our vineyards and winemaking facilities are certified organic. As custodians of the land we try to tread lightly in this world. We conserve water and soil wherever possible, increase biodiversity and reduce our waste.

Our 919 Reserve range comprises of textured and aromatic white wines, Petit Manseng and Vermentino. Our red wines range from delicate and fresh Sangiovese, to textured Touriga Nacional, traditional Shiraz, and bold Tempranillo and Durif.

We are renowned for our fortified wines, including our multiple award-winning Pale Dry Apera, our Vintage forties wines, and our barrel aged Classic Muscat, Classic Tawny and Classic Topaque.

Our Loxton vineyard produces the Ella Semmler’s Orchard range of wines. These wines have bright fruit expression, and comprise our Chardonnay, Shiraz and Tempranillo.
