Why become a member?

Working together we are building the capability and profile of the small winemakers of the region, promoting the Riverland as a producer of quality wines, and assisting new and existing small wineries to put their brand in front of people.

Our members work co-operatively to:

  • improve skills and knowledge for professional advancement and competitive advantage
  • develop and encourage wine tourism in the Riverland, for example new cellar door outlets and wine-focussed events, to provide an exceptional regional tourism experience
  • promote the small producers of the region and our own brands
  • promote the quality, diversity and innovation of the Riverland to trade and consumers
  • foster strong relationships with businesses, industry organisations and local government.

Some of our activities over the last few years include:

  • Professional wine assessment training with Phil Reedman, Master of Wine
  • Build your brand with Jane Ferrari
  • Get your legals right with Wine Australia
  • Stars of the Riverland showcase dinner
  • Riverland Small Winemakers Showcase Festival 2022 and 2019
